For the villagers of West Pradhyankarai, PeriyaKovilpattu and KannerinthanKattalai at Nagai District who lost their homes due to Cyclone Gaja, totally 109 houses and a social welfare hall with a seating capacity of 1000 people built in Pradhiyankarai by Chennai YMCA Madras.  Our Chief Minister M. K.
